The Qabiria's toolbar has been updated!  And you do not even need to download it again, because it updates automagically! Here it is the upgraded version of Qabiria's successful free toolbar, already downloaded by thousands of translators from all over the world. Discover its all new features!

Search box.
You can now access Termium Plus, the Government of Canada's terminology and linguistic data bank, together with other 19 termbases, including the translation memory corpus offered by TAUS, Google Books and the WolframAlpha portal directly from the toolbar.

RSS Feeds.
To the already existing 9 RSS feeds, we added a useful list of translation-related blogs, taken from a must-read blog, Sarah Dillon's There's something about translation.

Bookmarks.
Perhaps not everyone knows that our toolbar features direct links to the support pages of 13 CAT tools, 16 tools and gadget designed for those who work with languages, 8 magazines in the field of language services, 7 marketplace sites (with the new entry of One Hour Translation), 8 social networking web sites, and much more.

The language resources have been grouped in a separate section, with a specific menu for each native language: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Greek. Each language menu contains links to cultural institutes, language academies, text corpora and synonyms and antonyms dictionaries. We welcome your suggestions for other useful links and resources: we will be happy to include them in our next toolbar version.
Be safe. Finally, we have introduced a brand new section dedicated to computer safety, including links to the best free antivirus software and sites with the latest available information on this topic. You can now be better protected against the frequent threats to your data and your work.

If you have already installed the toolbar, you don't need to take any action: the toolbar's upgrade is automatic. Otherwise you can install the toolbar for free and gain immediate access to several productivity enhancing tools, including:
  • Multiple search function on BingWikipedia and monolingual dictionaries (English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Greek, Russian)
  • 10 RSS feeds
  • More than15 free gadgets
  • Tons of useful bookmarks
    • 18 CAT software support sites,
    • 8 translation magazines,
    • 7 marketplaces,
    • dozens of online glossaries and more...
  • Incoming e-mail notifier
  • TV, radio and podcast directly from your browser.

Don't forget that you can find our short video tutorials on how to configure and use the toolbar on Qabiria's Youtube channel.

Enjoy your browsing with Qabiria toolbar, available free for Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari!
