Developing new translator training modules with ProZ.com

roZ offers a selection of online and offline training for language professionals. The sessions are delivered by experts in their field. With over 400,000 members, Proz.com reaches out to a large target audience and is constantly looking for new relevant training content.

Qabiria has contributed to enlarge and enrich ProZ.com training offer in the areas of localization and project management. We have recently developed new training modules in our own areas of expertise that are delivered through ProZ e-learning platform. We also created two modules that address a wider audience: “Computer security” and “How to create a website in a few hours”. A copyright license agreement entitles ProZ.com to use and sell our training material against the payment of quarterly royalties proportional to sales.

Results

Finally, we have leveraged our reputation as experts in our field and consolidated our training business.
