Webinar

They are live web seminars, using Dim Dim platform (www.dimdim.com). At the end of each session, the seminar is released within a few days as an online screencast.

Help Center

It is a live help system, using HelpCenter Live platform (www.helpcenterlive.com). Check the course list for further information about schedule, prices and availability.
